Dawn Fisher and Molly Babczak co-founded Above & Beyond Realty in 2016. At the end of 2021, the pair opened their own independent brokerage and operated as a fully functional real estate office. An exciting new venture with eXp Realty was presented to them in 2023 which brought the entire brokerage over to this global powerhouse brand. This duo, with a collective 20 years in real estate, has achieved tremendous success in the Hamilton County area, selling over $10 million in real estate year after year. In 2020, Dawn and Molly earned the prestigious distinction of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists.

Above & Beyond Realty expanded their team with the addition of Delanie Brewer, Jordan Fisher, Jessica Phillips and Sarah Gibson.

As of May 2022, the team established AAB HQ at 2005 Cherry Street in Noblesville. The office space serves as a comfortable lounge and a perfect spot for buyer consultations, small events and closings.
