Sarah Gibson

Sarah has been in real estate since 2015. Being born and raised in Louisiana, she considers herself a Southern transplant. Although now, she has resided in Midwest Indiana longer than she lived in the South. Sarah graduated from Indiana University Kokomo with a degree in Marketing and Business Management in 2009. During that time, she met her husband, and they purchased their first home in Peru, Indiana. The home had been empty for well over a year, and she had no idea the journey they were about to take to turn the house into a home. This was also when she discovered her passion for home décor and design, diy, and house flips.

After Sarah’s youngest went to Kindergarten, she decided to get her real estate license because of the flexibility it offered, and it helped fuel her passions. Throughout the years, Sarah and her husband have invested in house flips, rentals, and most recently AirBNBs in North Carolina and Florida. She has helped many clients find their dream homes or move on to their next phases of life- whether that’s downsizing, upsizing, investing in 2 nd homes or properties, and first time home buying. Clients work with Sarah because of her relatability, honesty, problem solving skills, extensive house knowledge, and strong friendships developed. She prides herself on handling each transaction as if it were her own home she was purchasing or selling.

Most recently, Sarah and her husband have downsized and moved from the Kokomo area to her husband’s hometown of Noblesville. She is enjoying updating and refreshing her new home. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys visiting her oldest at IU Bloomington where she is a Freshman or traveling throughout the US to watch her son play soccer for Indy Eleven Pro Academy. She also loves working in her flower beds, playing with her dog Jack Owen, thrifting, cooking, and listening to live music.
